Where it started.
We wanted to build a place where the drinks invite discovery, the atmosphere makes people stay, and every visit feels capable of becoming a great story. Henley-on-Thames was where FLYTE first opened its doors — a small room on Market Place built around a big idea.
From day one, the focus was never just the drink in the glass. It was the flight — three serves, one journey, a reason to keep talking.
Chapter Two · Cirencester
The next room.
From our first bar in Henley-on-Thames to our next chapter in Cirencester, FLYTE is growing around the same belief: brilliant hospitality is created through personality, curiosity and genuine human connection.
Cirencester gave us the chance to stretch the idea across a whole day — coffee by morning, cocktails by night, one venue holding both.
