Booking & Cancellation Policy

Standard Bookings

Tables for up to 6 guests can be booked online free of charge. We hold your table for 15 minutes past your reservation time before releasing it.

Group Bookings

Bookings of 7 or more guests are handled as group enquiries and may require a deposit and pre-order, confirmed directly by our events team.

Cancellations

Standard bookings can be cancelled or amended free of charge up to 24 hours before your reservation. Group bookings follow the cancellation terms confirmed at the time of booking.

Event Tickets

Tickets for events are non-refundable but transferable to another person up to 24 hours before the event, by emailing the venue directly.

No-Shows

Repeated no-shows without notice may require a card guarantee for future bookings.
