3. Purchases, Vouchers & Tickets

Dining vouchers, Founders’ Cards, and Hall of Famer Cocktails:

Vouchers and cards will be issued physically by post after purchase.

They are valid for 12 months from FLYTE Bar’s official opening date unless otherwise stated.

Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Event tickets (including Opening Night):

Tickets are issued electronically and/or by post.

Entry may require proof of age (18+ for alcohol service).

Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by FLYTE Bar.
4. Dietary & Accessibility Requirements

We can cater for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and non-alcoholic alternatives.

We will contact you after booking to confirm any requirements.

Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your visit to guarantee accommodation.
5. Responsible Service of Alcohol

FLYTE Bar operates a strict Challenge 25 policy. ID may be required.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or underage.

No refunds will be given if entry or service is refused on these grounds.
6. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are only provided where required by law or in the event of cancellation by FLYTE Bar.

If you cannot attend an event, tickets may be transferred to another person with prior notice.
7. Liability

FLYTE Bar is not liable for personal loss, injury, or damage to belongings while on our premises, except where caused by our negligence.

Customers are responsible for their own safety and behaviour while attending events.

9. Governing Law

Refund & Cancellation Policy: FLYTE Bar
We want every FLYTE experience to be enjoyable and stress-free. Please read our refund and cancellation policy before making a purchase.

1. Vouchers and Founders’ Cards

Dining vouchers and Founders’ Circle cards are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

Vouchers and cards are valid for 12 months from FLYTE Bar’s opening date unless otherwise stated.

They cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
2. Hall of Famer Cocktails
-
Hall of Famer Cocktail purchases are non-refundable as they include pre-opening collaboration and permanent inclusion on our menu.
3. Event Tickets
-
Tickets, including Opening Night and other special events, are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by FLYTE Bar.

If you cannot attend, tickets may be transferred to another person with prior notice.
4. Cancellations by FLYTE Bar

If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future event.

We are not responsible for additional costs such as travel or accommodation.
